“Fantastic aerial school - lovely, friendly, supportive atmosphere to train in. I had booked a drop-in silks class while staying in the area, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to instructor injury, but Lorna contacted everyone promptly, refunded the lesson fee immediately, and insisted on letting us use the equipment for self training at no charge! She was also on hand with some great advice. Can't ask for more than that... I'll definitely visit again when I'm back in the area!”

“I experienced a difficult situation where I was stranded at a Middle East airport. Yusuf managed to find the next available flights at a competitive price for myself and other travellers in our group. He worked tirelessly from 8pm to 10am the next day to ensure we were all sorted in returning back home. Yusuf stayed in touch with worried family members back home and even offered to sort airport transfers. He stayed calm, patient and professional throughout this terrible ordeal. As can be seen, he truly went above and beyond. I also booked an Umrah trip with Bawa Travels and once again Yusuf exceeded my expectations; I felt extremely looked after. “Would have to be the best presenter for ghost tours in York. Crossed paths with a few of the others during our stay and none had the presence of Dorian. Always in character, making us laugh uncontrollably throughout whilst providing interesting tales of horror as we walked the streets. Glad we chose Dorian, definitely can’t go wrong!”

“We decided to do a spontaneous visit to York, so we weren't able to book a lot of stuff in advance. Luckily, McKenzie was so accommodating and quick at responding! With only 30mins till the tour started, we were able to attend at the last minute! The tour itself was so interesting and creepy and I loved the intimate size of the group! McKenzie was an amazing tour guide and full of so much knowledge and charisma! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!”

“IF YOU ARE IN HARROGATE, DO NOT MISS THIS TOUR. Plain and simple, this should be your #1 thing to do when you arrive in Harrogate. I had no idea the history of Harrogate or the surrounding area. Harry is a consummate professional guide/story teller and master of his craft. He is equally skilled in being able to remember each and every member of the tours name. I was amazed at his ability to connect with everyone quickly, make sure they enjoy themselves and feel part of the group. If you are in a bad mood or tired.... you will not be after meeting Harry. His energy is infectious and you cannot help but be in a better mood after joining the tour. We were with our children and they enjoyed it too. If you are in a wheelchair or scooter do not worry. Harry knows exactly how to navigate the streets of Harrogate to make sure you can see all of the tour. I only wish we were in town longer to join his Boozy tour. A sincere thank you to Harry for the best day of our month long tour of Europe.”

“What an absolutely amazing day we have both had today! We did the VIP experience day. Rhiannon was just excellent and really knew her stuff. Our favourite quote if the day was 'the brains arent bad, the eyeballs are worse, they stain' which made us laugh! We were able to handle 14 birds during our visit and fly we think 10 of those - one on a short hawk walk which was just a great experience. We were also introduced to a lot of the other birds in their aviaries perches. We genuinely couldn't choose a favourite but Willow was amazing, Tonto was adorable and friendly, Ivan was so majestic, Julianne such a great character, Peter was lovely, Twighlight a good showgirl and of course Arlo was such a show stopper! The surroundings are stunning. We cannot recommend SMJ enough. 5 stars not enough!”

“A grand day out! Our host, Mark, was an exceptional driver and guide! He was easy to understand, considerate, respectful and he had great knowledge of the areas we passed through and pointed out sights along the way! All of the stops allowed sufficient time for meandering and photos! Mark went above and beyond to ensure our group had a super time! Will definitely use BOBH again!
